Hello Everyone,

Throughout my recovery, I have always felt it was important to really define what was going on in my life with my marijuana addiction and how it was affecting me. Marijuana addiction had a huge effect on my relationships with the people close to me, and inhibited my ability to create real relationships with new people.

On my Marijuana Addiction blog, I wrote an article about Quitting Weed and Marijuana addiction in Relationships. I hope this helps out some of you in the forum, whether it be for weed or whatever other substance you struggle with.

I was pretty heavily addicted to weed at one point but I got over that through sheer white-knuckling... that's how I kicked booze too. Who would have thought that opiates would be a whole other ballgame :P
