"boigas" ehhehehe happy memorial day to ya man. I hope all that stuff is gonna be cooked cajun style. When i went down to new orleans once to visit i lovvved everything that was cajun flavored or prepared. Couldn't get enough of it. What is yardbird btw??

mang, i am full. i did the yardbird in a mango pepper coconut sauce. the cow was ribeye and super tender....marinated in lea and perrins and a little good olive oil. the boigas was nice.....you just can't touch a boiga on the grill until one side is cooked and it helps to stick yer thumb in the middle of the patty so it don't shrink...and don't press down the patty cuz it drys it out. the bean/corn/basil salad kicked butt. after 3 days of laying flagstone i needed to pig out. aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh |

Crap, never mind, that's Windy doing his Archie Bunker. Sheesh! You think I'd know by now! lol We went out for prime rib last night and birthday cake. My birthday. Age, well, let's just say old, lol. Yum. |
