I talk too much - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

Hi. I've realized that I talk too much. Maybe I should just chew on some M&M's or sunflower seeds during the day. Let's just hope I don't gain weight. LOL

But seriously, I spiraled into a long, ugly, profane rant with my close friend on Friday. I automatically was ashamed of myself, and I'm still shocked. And although I've cut down on my cussing, some expletives still slip through the cracks. Man, it seems like a good idea to keep a bag of yummy M&M's.

You dont know how much I relate to that.
My mouth is constantly running and curse words have just become a normal vocabulary for me. Especially that F word. I really am trying tho. I have stupid alternative words now. They sound stupid but not as disgusting as some profane words I say. My new F word is Fark.
Not too different..But better.

Good for you. When I try that, I just start saying the real curse words all over again. But I have completely stopped using the F word, because I've finally realized how bad it is. I just don't care to say the whole word. It just sounds like, "Fu............whatever." That's kinda my new F word.
