| Ativan withdrawels, klonopin new
I have been on ativan for almost 9 months around 3 1mg tablets daily and withdrew before terribley. i was on zoloft 6 months and have stopped both but am now on klonopin 1 mg twice a day for a week so far and this is what it is i feel dizzy and i get electric pulses all the time and my vision shifts. its like im being shocked and i have headaches and nightmares. should i stop the klonopin? is this from the ativan? im confused as to what is going on or how long it will last. my dr didnt even taper me off and hes on vacay for two weeks!!!! i dont want to be on any of this, but is it easier to taper off klonopin if im only on it to help with the ativan withdrawels???? PLEASE HELP! |

You may want to call you local hospital's pharmacy. Most are open 24 hours as they need to treat the ER patients. We can't offer medical advice on this board but that is what I did when I had a drug interaction.

Have you read the Ashton manual? You need to be under the supervision of a benzo wise doctor to taper safely off benzos. Read the manual to understand the process of benzo withdrawal and find a good benzo wise doctor to help you get off these awful drugs. http://www.benzo.org.uk/manual/index.htm |
