Hi,

I would like to know of a medication that comes in the form of a Rx to increase or decrease a patients appetite, but when a urine sample is taken? The results come back as if the patient was smoking Cannabis.

My sis in law, a pharmacy tech for a major chain says that the prescription drug Marinol, prescibed mostly for cancer treatment caused appetite loss, is not a false positive but a pure positive for THC results. After that the only thing she knows of is Ibuprofin which has been engineered out as a false positive in most tests (emit and gas spec).

This of course is an opinion and in no way meant to condone drug use or attempting to beat a drug test.
