Liver / kidney stones update. - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

Went to get my ultra sound done this morning for my liver and good news. My liver is fine, they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. It happens that a couple of days before I had my kidney stone attack I was suffering from back spasms and I was popping Advils like candy for the pain. That’s the reason for the elevated enzymes in my liver.

Now the kidney stones is a different story the Urological Doctor keeps canceling the appointments. I spoke to my primary doctor today and he got me a appointment with a different Urological Doctor for tomorrow. I’m tired of urinating in that damn funnel. Waiting for the stone to come out… Once again wish me luck.

The kidney part stinks, but at least the most worrisome part, your liver is OK. Now, take a deep breath and you can relax.
