|  BK's Infrequent Update! Clean 1 year, 4 months!
Hey all! Just checking in. I know I don't get to do it that frequently, but I'm doing perfectly fine! I have really sad news though, my sister (not blood, just BFF) ran away for two weeks and was out doing meth of course, but whoever she was staying with gave her herion without her knowing and she got raped. She's in treatment right now, only for 30 days though. I don't wanna lose my sister, I'm afraid this experience is just going to cause her so much pain she might just keep using herion. I think about her all the time, I just want my lil sis back.  Me & My Sis (about a year ago) Well, Some people were wondering how I was doing. My relationships with my grandma is still on the rocks. I deal with it though. Once I get my cosmo licsence, I can finally get a half-way decent job, maybe get my own place and just be on *my own*. I can't wait! Life's pretty good, I'm sober, have an awesome car, I'm finished with highschool, and I've also met an amazing person, we had our 1 year anniversary in July! Other than that, not a whole lots been going on. I'm happy to check in with you guys... what's everyone been up to these days?

(I'm on the left  )Yeah, I know. It's really hard because I lost tons of friends to drugs and to this day, still don't have them back. But she stuck by my side, we got clean together... and than she drifted back to her old ways (and worse)....

| InAButtonKindOfWay. Seriously?  |  Well I just pm'ed you back so I won't bore everyone w/my update  I'm sorry about your sister, I hope she finds her way. We were there too not all that long ago, so this may be her wake up call that she needs. We all get them, lets hope this is what she needs. Love You Little Sister!!

(((BK))) Thanks for the update - I think of you, and am glad to hear you are still doing well. I know what it is like to have sis who goes out there - my screen name is because of just that situation. My own sis came back "in" about three years ago... and today, I think we are closer than ever before. Add my prayers that your friend and sister will find her way... soon. ((((hugs))))

Hi Butterfly Kisses. I'm so sorry to hear that happened to your friend. That's awful an awful thing to go through. My thoughts and prayers go out to her. I do hope that she is okay and will get clean. Congrats on your sobriety and all of the good things going on with you! May God continue to bless you. Take care
