If you have 4 minutes, and want to learn what SMART is about, please check out this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b-eIG0p5eCs I attended my first voice meeting last night, and it was a very positive experience, and FOR ME I believe this program is the right one. I know a lot of really cool 12 steppers too, so I'm not saying that is not an option. Choose the program based on how you feel, and your comfort level. There is nothing wrong with admitting you are powerless if that is how you feel, but by the same token, there is nothing wrong with taking positive action for a choice you made as well. No one choice is better or worse, it simply depends on the person making that decision, and if they are comfortable with it. The most important thing, Smart or NA, is to NOT PICK UP. Which is one belief both organizations share. Good luck! - Chris |
