Wolflvr, although the steps I took worked for me, it may not work for you. First off see a physician or a rehab specialist. I was in pretty good shape when I came off, while it was hell my body was able to survive it. But I went cold turkey and paid the devil his due, 2 weeks later as my energy came back little by little, day by day each day got better and more inspiring. I excercised every day, eat breakfast every day, take vitamins, just read the posts I bumped. If you have any other specific questions let me know, peace. - Chris
