Aww I am sorry X,,sometimes we have to go back long enough to know that is not where we want to be anymore.!!! I am glad you posted here! Northbelle, Sorry, I was just embarrassed of my post. Well, I'm dissapointed in myself but thank you for your reply. I really do appreciate it. I'm hoping that tomorrow will be a better day. Again, thank you.

I hear you X..I am glad you posted, I waited for you before I went to bed!! Progress not perfection...it takes alot of courage to come here and post like you did!! I know how yucky it feels coming down from using that ritalin, I hope you can get to sleep. Then just try to take good care of yourself by drinking lots of fluid..take some vitamins...pl;ay some relaxing music...read something positive...take a bath..write in a journal..adn start ove again! Be grateul that nothing horrible happened..like Od..you didn't spend a bunch of money..didn't get arrested..all those possibilities that COULD very well happen to us if we choose to continue in this addiction.. I don't know a wole lot about you..I will go back and read some of your posts . Do you live by yourself?? Well X..I really have to get to bed,,this ole girl can't stay up like I used to!!! I have about 70 dys clean..its hard,,but I just keep trying to focus on helping other people, Even in little ways..if I can get out of myhead I always feel better,,, I am really rambling..I just want you to know I care ...you are so WORTH getting the support you deserve so don't EVER feel embarrassed about what you post!!! Honesty will really save your butt girl.. keep posting cause I will be checking on you in the morning!! nite sweetie love north |
