I just watched this little independent film.
Pretty darn good for a 13 year old. LOL, the writer
and the star of the movie happens to be a 13 year
old girl, or she was 13 years old when she started
writing it, she's probably all of 15 now.

It's a film about teenagers, drugs,
e.d., self mutilation, alcohol and suicide.
But mainly drugs and suicide
She comitts suicide and it's about her stay
in "Purgatory"...



If you do decide to watch it, remember it's not a
major motion picture, it's a low budget, independent,
written by a 13 year old, and it was shot in 18 days.
Bit rough around the edges, lol

I really liked it. It actually made me think a lot different
about suicide, I have that suicide idealization too often,
I never saw it from the point of view the film showed,
even though I've heard that before,
lol, and I'm not even catholic, but It made me think different...

Yeah, I rented it about a month or so ago. It's different huh? She did a really good job. Especially for a 13 year old. I don't know if you noticed it or not but Satan is played by Tom Hanks' brother.

Yea, it's way different. I liked the ending, I was hoping it wasn't going to be stupid and ruin it.

He was sooo perfect for that role!!

Hey, do you remember in her flashback or whatever it was, when that baby was crying??? Do you know who that baby was? Did you watch that?

She did do a really good job acting wise also, none of them had really acted before, she hadn't done anything, which was amazing. You could kind of tell in parts, but it was that type of movie.
