I am not longer taking this but I am curious as to how long it will take to get out of my system?

Feels like forever.

In what context are you asking ... drug testing or cessation of side effects.

The drug sticks around for a while. Someone else can give a more descriptive answer probably.

I am having a urine test tomorrow, I have prescriptions for my patch, my antideptresent and my sleeping pill. I took a valium yesterday and I am not sure if it will show up tomorrow in my urine test Amy ideas?

Are you not supposed to take Valium? I'm not sure I understand your concern otherwise. If you're asking for ideas on how to beat the test you're out of luck - we don't give that kind of advice here. If you're having a problem with benzos we're here to listen and help support you.

Elsa unfortunately, you picked one of the longest-lasting ones! A couple days may not be enough time for a complete washout, though this depends to a degree on how long you were taking it. (I.e., longer than a few days in a row is a guarantee test-positive.) If your sleeping pill is also a benzodiazepine, then it will cover any presence of diazepam but you don't say what it is.
