Many years ago I got a new doctor and I told her I use Neosynepherin and similar stuff from time to time. She was very upset and told me it will make your sinuses much worse. I had to stop using all that stuff. I now use a herbal inhaler sold at a health food store. The best stuff for opening my sinuses ever is Altoids or Ice Breakers Cinnamon mints.
Someone here said I said something I didn't say and I am not allowed to show it is not something I said, so I wont be posting on SR anymore.
