Cool Joe!! Wow, so do you feel alot better now? How is your depression? That seems to be what ZAPS me in my recovery every time so I am working on dealing with that part of it. I am sooo happy for you and I only hope I can follow in your footsteps..You give me alot of hope.

Yep depression gets me too. But I'm doing quite well in the depression department. I've only had 1 really crappy day in a long time Norbelle.
For me, if I don't have anything to do, then all I do is sit around and think about my past and then it eats me up big time, and the longer i do that; the worse I get till I'm really depressed...then I use to escape. Then things go down hill very fast. Ultimately I end up in what feels like a prison of doom. I have ~ like many addicts~ a crappy hard to deal with past. I can't seem to resolve it by thinking about it and I can't change it ~ only try to accept it~ and remember that ~ LOVE CONQUERS ALL~
