I have using oxy just stopped can someone help need to know how long am at home is there anything I can do to feel a bit better

how many, how long?
do you have immodium?
do you have a doctor you can call for help?
the physical symptoms will pass in about 5-7 days depending on your use

80 2 aday mostly often more

i'd say call your doctor, for sure.
but some immodium, some vitamins, there are also otc things that can help with sleep.
if you are going cold turkey, the symptoms will peak usually around 4-5 days, then you will start feeling better.
diarrhea, tiredness, irritability, shakes, anxiety...they will all pass, just hang in there.
there will be more people coming by soon to offer input as well.
you can do this, ok?

I just quit cold turkey as well and I seem to be getting a little better around day 4. Stick with it though because I have never been happier than I am now that I quit. Just in case your wondering I was up to about 150mg a day for 5 months of oxycodone. I have gotten by with vitamins, green tea, bananas, water, extra vitamin C, and what ever you favorite music is for me Dave Matthews Band help get me through. Do you best to hang in there.

Welcome. 2- 80's a day? Or more give or take? Either way your in for a bumpy ride but the out come will be well worth it. Try to keep yourself well hydrated if you have a Dr. you can check in with,then I urge you to do so.Lots of showers and/or baths may help to relax you some. If you have children see if someone can help out for a bit. Please keep reading and posting, to let us know how your doing. prayers and hugs are with you.

Those hot rice filled things that you put in the microwave helped me a lot. For some reasons my knees of all things ached like something awful.

you will feel like you got a really really really bad case of the flu..... I have to take these same pills for cronic pain but I started taking more than I was told to take.... after joining here and making friends I am now 90% back to taking them as directed.... I still feel like I wanna take more but someone holds my 40's and only gives me the 3 a day I am suppossed to take...that helps.
