Step 5 - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

This sit down with L took longer than I expected.

We started at 10 a.m. after a meeting.
I had a movie date set up for 1
when Joe called I had to cancel.
:wow:
We were still crying and laughing!

When I left her apartment around 3
a soft spring rain was falling.

As I cut thru the mini parks in D.C.
Flowers were out...grass newly mown
and God sent a rainbow!!

I felt re born and free!....

I am doing my 5th step next weekend. Experiences shared such as yours, Carol, take away the fear and replace it with hope and anticipation.

That experience is now decades old ..but I still tingle
to recall that day....

Hope you too will find your 5th to be awesome

I have never forgotten my first 5th step.WHile I was inside with Father Vinnie,the whole world changed!I went in miserable and came out happy!Good luck
