Started Step 4

After a week or two of thinking I have started making colums and writing my resentments down on paper. It's nerve racking but I look forward to growing as a person as result of this step.

Thats all I've got.

Thanks!

Heh.... I still don't really like "4 column inventories." Don't get me wrong, I do them, but I much prefer other methods. The problem is, those "other methods" that I like to write so much more.....they're not been as revealing, helpful or as much of a catalyst for growth as the 4-column.

I highly recommend using "set-aside" prayers before and after writing inventory. The one I do after usually has some ".....and take me out of the place where I write inventory" line in it. I don't want to be walking around with all that inventory stuff in my head, yanno?

Also my sponsor is supposed to get me some kind of workbook to use? I guess that as long as I start getting this stuff out and down on paper one way or another I'll be able to grow, hopefully.

Congrats on your 4th step RWS. Nothing to add here since I'm still working on finding a sponsor to take me through the journey.

I've found this template online, I wonder if you guys might look at it and see if it's proper format for me to do my fourth step? Link

Still looking for a sponsor myself, but in the meantime I thought I would take myself through the steps first so I can continue on my recovery path, rather than stall waiting for a good sponsor.

Excellent template find. I just ran a copy of it. Easy to read. I'll need alot more space for the "reasons" though.
