| Losing Touch.
How can you regain your relationship with your HP? I've kinda lost touch with mine. is there anyway to find that lost relationship? I try to search for her, but she's not talking..

She is always within you...She's never left you at all... The spark of the Divine is within at all times. You just have to reach within... I agree; meditate; nature; helping others; learning about whatever your belief system is; and quietly listening to the still small voice within...That is the Eternal One.... Shalom!

Stay out of self and be of service to others. The greatest source of inspiration comes from older relatives and friends. Don't be alarmed, many of us go thru trying times. I know what's bad, I know what's good. When, I'm not spiritually in tune, everything is bleak. When, I'm staying focused, I shine. You can see it, the light emits from many people I know that have peace within themselves. When, I get to having a hard time, I start counting my blessings. Make you a gratitude list of all the people that love you and that you love. Make a list of all the things you have that someone less fortunate has. Donate blood, if you can't volunteer to help out. See if there's any charities that need help in your community. I'm convinced, the closer I get to God, the closer God is with me.

I agree that our Higher Power never leaves any of us, we just lose sight of him/her sometimes and need to find our way again. Sometimes I get angry with my HP, sometimes I think my HP isn't paying any attention at all to me and my needs, but when I stop and take quiet time to pray and meditate I realize that I have been struggling against life rather than just going with the flow to where I am led. It's all about letting go. When I let go of my worldly struggles, my spiritual soul is free to listen and learn. Hugs Ann P.S.
