BUMP again! Let's do the bump, splendra! I like this definition myself. I've long thought of my Higher Power as like The Force or something rather as a more personal entity. It exists in and around us all, so when I ask for experience, strength, and hope, I am actually praying! Love and hugs, Eddie ![]() P.S. May The Force be with you! LOL.

I like to use the symbol for "greater than or equal to" for my Higher Power. It's like a combination of > and =. To me that means I am just a part of HP, and HP includes me and everything else. Do you know the symbol I mean? It's not on my keyboard. LOL. Love and hugs, Eddie "bump" Z.

| Thanks! I used that symbol when I presented my Third Step to my group in treatment. They said I was doing the Step with my head, though, and not my heart. Imagine me over-intellectualizing something ! LOL.Love and hugs, Eddie

Some people just have to find a way to critique. I don't care which one gets it first my heart or my head. Usually my heart knows before my head. To me God is the supreem intelegence. Why would one not find away to intelletualize when speaking of God?

I think they were saying I didn't have the 3rd Step done in a spiritual way. I do have a tendency to over-intellectualize everything and to be disconnected from my spirit/emotions. I did much better the second time. Love and hugs, Eddie
