Just for today...I will care for myself and nourish my spirit and mind and body, rejuvenate...a prayer, cup of tea, hot bath, soft music and candles, soft warm pajamas , a good book, and a good nights sleep. I will give myself time daily, Just for Me, Just for today, I give to myself.
