Whats the best book on mindfulness anybody no.I order mindfulness in plain english cant wate to read it.If any of you practice this how benifitial is it for you.That books free on the internet but there was so much I wanted to pen and highlight I decided to wate for the real book.And whats possible with it and how long do you do it for at a time.And how long does it take to be excellent at it.

That's a great resource. Another one I really enjoy and have marked up is Not Always So By Shunryu Suzuki, a real Zen master who did a lot to expand the Dharma in the West. He is genuine and has a deep sense of humor.

You can teach yourself to be mindful. Try this, wash the dishes. But don't wash the dishes just to get them done so you can go on to something else. Wash the dishes knowing you are washing the dishes and nothing else.
