Purplrks - love the addition!! What should we name him (or her)?
Casey - not sure if a gym inside a McDonalds is a good idea or not. Running on a treadmill after eating a Big Mac sounds iffy.
Well winding down the night. Found a new show today (well new to me) called Bloodline - watched six episodes...pretty good.
Thanks for all the love today. Grateful to be sober.

Night everyone! I ordered the book "Naked Mind" by Annie Grace and it came today. It's supposed to be an amazing book about alcoholism & sobriety etc. Has anyone read it?? It's gotten TONS of great reviews.

You silly human people! The answer is soooo obvious. The treadmills should be in the que (can never spell that) at Macca's. Run while you wait.
Not a quiet day- quite busy. Put in AA meeting money (nearly $400 for 4 meetings), did meeting supply shopping (I pay, my contribution) organised 2 bank accounts to pay bills online, got a phone glitch sorted out with the service provider, sent money to ex for legal fees (she said not to- but I will not allow this), got sparkies here fixing the fire alarm, another guy here moving on to a long term lease (my next step) gave me a 2 tiered desk- 'cos he heard I do arty things.
THAT reminds me... I cannot stand the word 'therapy' when it comes to my art works. So I am going to refer to it from now on as ' Healing Art' or 'HA!' for short.
Going to a meeting with sponsor later (his main social outlet, it's a thing), going to a friends place Sat- asked ex to leave some of my stuff there (close to the home which is no longer for me)for lunch later on in the week.
Headache has gone, thankfully. It has been years since I had migraines- but then again I was drinking.
Be kind to people and yourselves. Cold here - very cold.

Your HA! is beautiful btw. Whenever I see one of your pictures it's a marvel.
Glad your headache is better. Must have been that kind of day, but I had a splitting headache today too. My friend kept asking if I was hungover (the "again" was silent but oddly there anyway). Ah well. Can't say as I don't deserve it.
