Just got the Rational Recovery small book and The Thirty Day Sobriety Solution. Starting in on them since I can't sleep. After a week long bender I expect it'll be a few more days till I really sleep. Had dry heaves in middle of night, that aint fun, hate to think what I did to my stomach. Well book time.
