SN, it's part of the process to be freaked out about everything, especially health.
I quit a lot of times after binges, years and years of it. I didn't even know it was dangerous until I came here; and I had quit three days previously after a short taper.
Try to relax about it. Distraction! It took me a few months before I stopped being on a hair trigger emotionally and worrying about everything under the sun. It's just part of the nervous system's dysfunction and trying to find balance again after applying alcohol, especially if you have high energy/anxiety in general. I did/do too, and I'm over three years sober. It's manageable but just get through this. You're on high alert about everything - it will ease up in time, but in the meantime you have to get through it.
Hang on. Don't pick up a drink. This will pass, it WILL be uncomfortable.

Withdrawls from Alcohol can be unpredictable.
Yes you can have a seizure from one binge.Sometimes there are no warning signs whatsoever.
The only way to guarantee no seizures is to put the drink down and leave it down.
Always seek medical help if necessary.
