I agree, play the tape, how awful you will feel tomorrow. You've been so happy these 5 days waking up without remorse and guilt right?! You have 5 days! You can do it! We're her for you! Is there any way you can get out of the house, take a little break from taking care of your son, take a walk, anything?

You already know where drinking takes you - why not give not drinking a decent try?

You can do this!

You know what is worse than day 5 cravings?

Day one.

And that is where giving in takes you. Read your old posts. The only way to break the cycle is to stay strong. Cravings pass, but only if you don't cave into them.
