Good morning CH, nice to see you on the bus. we appreciate all our sober friends on the sober bus.
M-Bob, I took the liberty of removing the back seat and replacing it with a big ol' Lay-Z-Boy recliner reserved just for you.
Today the sober bus will swing by Onanole,Manitoba and take a look at it's giant Elk statue.
The chosen symbol of the community, this Elk monument stands 15.5 feet tall and sports 10 foot antlers.

Good morning passengers, welcome aboard the bus for another sober day on the highway.
CH, since your always on the bus hours before the rest of us get going, I'm sure M-Bob won't mind you snoozing in his comfy chair.
Today, the ol' bus is going to roll by Pilot Mound, Manitoba
In 1881 a town site was chosen and buildings went up on a 116 foot elevation that could be seen from 16 miles away. The notion being wagon train settlers crossing the prairies would see the township.
But, CPR rail later laid tracks and skirted the town by a mile. So in 1904 a new site was reincorporate and all the buildings were moved. The only structure remaining was the stone bank vault which is still standing today!

Evening everyone, thanks for undertaking the driving duties Dragon. It is a muggy day today but as work is over it's not so bad now.
I notice that we are north of 500 posts so I expect a mod will begin a Part 4 soon.
