I like weight training, walking, and occasionally jogging at the gym. After a workout I feel totally different mentally, all my mental stress is gone and so is my anxiety/depression.

Running keeps me sane and sober. But it has to be outdoors.

I did my first vertical race last year - up a 300m tower - 88 flights of stairs in a tiny stairwell. I don't know how one can enjoy tower racing but to each his/her own!

Back in the gym lifting and running. Motivation to cycle is still lacking praying I get back in the saddle this spring.

And to prepare for my 3rd season of hockey .... in the off season I have joined a gym and started swimming. Trying to fit in some runs as well
