Need to read and reply to some emails, which I might leave until tomorrow. Napped on the couch earlier when I got back, and gonna head to bed soon. I'd watch something on youtube preferably first but can never find anything. Does anyone know of any nice documentaries on youtube? Like lighthearted, funny and positive stuff…
Apart from that was just thinking too. I haven't had any 'obsession' to drink in quite a while. Not saying that I never had. Used alcohol to get by for quite some time, so I never even questioned it by times.
But usually a lot of my drinking I done I was under pressure, and I drank a lot under pressure. No pressure = no drinking pretty much.
Anyway that just some thoughts I be having, about drinking

Hi everyone, quick check in before bed. It was a good day. Farmers market, AA meeting, a little shopping with my oldest bug and then quiet night at home. Grateful to be sober another day. Sweet dreams, friends!

ME TOO BBG! Exact same thing! Once I eat, the drinking is over. So we must eat regularly! I think I'll have some ice cream right now! Lol.
