One year clean today

It has taken forever, well not really, today I got a year clean. I've been in depression the whole time, the first 4 months were incapacitating depression; I'm glad I've hung in there and have every intention to continue.

Congratulations ! That's a HUGE achievement !

Maybe you should look into that depression - there's something underneath driving it that is probably not conscious to you right now, but with the right therapy, you and a good therapist could identify it and process it. It has been recently discovered that memory reconsolidating really has incredible results.

Four! I am so proud of you! Im sorry you have had problems with depression and hope that gets better for you. I remember very well the beginning for you and you kept on going never giving up. Congratulations! One year is an amazing accomplishment!
