Tell 'em the truth! Tell them you are taking a break from drinking. That's what I'm doing.

I don't tell folks I quit for good (anymore). Because when I say i quit for good ,,, I get all sorts of questions.


Musicians know more than anyone that people die from this lifestyle... Comes a time ..

Congrats on making it through 4 really rough days! I totally agree with Berrybean and MidnightRider, I see no point in making excuses as to why you're not drinking. It's your life, your health. Own it.
