Day 6
Hi everyone. Here I am at the top of day 6. So far so good. I will admit there have been thoughts. Like last night when I was at the 10 hr mark of my 12 hour shift. Thought "2 more hours and I'll go home and have some drinks to relax me after this hard day" then "****, I can't, all or nothing, remember?" This is my self talk. Very much like when I quit smoking.

Hi Pennee, congrats on starting Day 6, and making it through last night. Definitely all or nothing. We can't drink, that's the bottom line. I'm closing in on a month of sobriety and feeling a little better every day. One day at a time.
