not really sure. I was thinking this morning about how this feels similar to my slow departure from smoking. In that there were a few occasions hat free further and further apart until one day o just realized there was no desire or compulsion anymore.

So, after work, resisting allowing the old habit force their way back in, I made myself a new experiment... Coconut water, seltzer, a little diet Sprite, fresh squeezed lemon and orange juice, and blueberries... Served over crushed ice with a few slices of orange. Refreshing and yummy.
