Day 19
Wow!! 19 days ago seems like a century ago... I've not felt this strong and healthy in a very long time! On top of this great achievement I've also stopped smoking and am an impressive (for me) 3 days in. I never want to be back in that horrible hungover state again.. In fact the thought makes me feel nauseous! Sobriety is a beautiful thibg in the mornings but gets much harder at night. I just hope this will fade

Day 21
Thank you for the support guys!
Now day 21 is quite significant and the reason is because it was on day 21 that I relapsed previously. I have not gone more than 21 days sober in about 10 years! Today I totally intend on breaking this curse. I'm looking forward to posting on day 22
I haven't felt this good in a long time. Nothing is going to break my sober streak.. Reason... It's so much better than constantly being hungover!
Also today is 5 days without a cigarette. So long as I don't drink, I should be able to stick with this too goodbye addictions.... Hello life
