Giving my 8 month old daughter kisses makes me really glad I don't have stinky cigarette breath. Even brushed and flossed before bed- something I'm not very good at to be honest. Flossing is kinda a New Years resolution and I've been getting better at it. My mouth is much happier sober and smoke free. 24

Lorax, not only do you have fresh breath and clean teeth, your beautiful baby will never know you as a smoker!
Letitgo, yikes, they are running $6-7 a pack here, but you are right, what a total waste of money. It's so hard to believe all of the money I blew on my destructive addictions.

Awe, thanks Lorax. I'm still in the euphoric stage, like pinch me I can't believe I'm actually doing this stage. I have been participating on the Delphi forum for smoking cessation (formerly on About.com) for extra support, and I am aware that smoking cessation has time periods where people are more vulnerable, as with early sobriety. I hope that knowing in advance will prevent help to prevent a relapse, on both addictions!
