Today I am about to eat breakfast then I'm off out & about doing a bit of shopping & getting lil bits & bobs

Might get a movie for tonight we recently saw the film 'the blind side' excellent movie

Then later we'l be cooking Mrs sw just mentioned chicken pie !!!

& going to do some reading while Mrs Sw watches X factor later

Sounds a nice day Sober wolf, enjoy the pie both of you. I've had a busy morning already, changing beds and washing / drying. Then I went on a long dag walk, 10,000 steps on my Fitbit by 10.30 this morning! My daughter and boyfriend are over for lunch, so I'd best get preparing something.

Hey Wolfy! I survived one night! (Hug) it was uncomfortable as hell but after a while I was ok. The AV would say "But, but, but" and finally I said "But nothing! No is no!" Thank you God, but today will be extra rough, today is the big party day and when the whole family will be around.
I hope you have a good weekend and I love that you started your own thread! I'll stay in touch today!

Daughter will be returning this afternoon. We're going out to dinner. Maybe see a movie if she's up for it.

Good day, friends!
Today I must finish mowing and pick up fencing material to fix a hole so the cows stay where they should. These will pretty much occupy my whole day. So...sandwiches today, and canned soup.

Tomorrow, i want to tackle the utterly crazy place that is my garage. I haven't had a street-legal vehicle in that garage in YEARS. That is my goal. Park my car, my ancient golf cart and my equally ancient but prized mower in that garage.
Sunday evening I have a couple of dear old friends coming over for dinner and so I can see pics of their latest travel adventures. Probably something like baked chicken.

I am enjoying a sober Saturday. Did a bit of work this morning then went out for Saturday lunch with my wife. Just checking in with SR before going to the gym.

I have one month's continuous sobriety since my last slip.

Today I'm doing chores around the house then maybe a trip to the library, get my car washed and a mani/pedi!

Dinner tonight will be avocado enchiladas yum!

Cleared the area at the end of the driveway for a fire wood delivery next week, few odds and ends around the yard, enjoying some of my hobbies, out to dinner with the Mrs. tonight.

Hey SW- thanks for the thread!

Sober Saturday is shaping up nicely. Had a little sleep-in this morning. Just made a cake, tidied up the kitchen and now off to the grocery as well.

Absolutely perfect Michigan fall day. Firing up the grill for some burgers with provolone, grilled onion and portabella mushrooms- and some fries for the kiddos (maybe a few for me and the hubby also Then a little walk through the woods to kick around some fallen leaves with the kids and dog.

We loved the movie 'The Blind Side''!!! So inspiring. I've also heard the movie 'McFarland USA' is good - that is a possibility for tonight.

I was at an ice hockey game yesterday evening, today is gonna be more of a sport watching day, rugby, NFL and international football is on, so will be doing some flicking between channels!!
