Good Morning, a clear morning on day 5.. Th sun is shining and its going to be a beautiful day in Sydney..and I am not hungover,,,a great feeling. Last night was my first night with proper sleep. I only woke up twice I feel like I had a good rest...
Thanks HOPEFUL great to know there is another person on this island and in this city!!! PM me sometime if you want..

OK this is the beginning of the weekend,need to busy my self and keep the thoughts away. IT IS A WONDERFUL FEELING TO HAVE A CLEAR HEAD. IF it would be possible to take a picture of the feeling I would stick a photo on the fridge door as a constant reminder...

I always do this. I made it through a friggin 3 day music festival and my birthday sober and then drank a week later because I was able to "prove" that I could quit if I wanted.

Kelly, that's what happened to me on Christmas day, everybody drinking I had a month under my belt sober so I thought I can just have a beer, a week later back to "normal" and after 9 months I am back here..I cant have "just the one, I am not like others", I have a disease and have to look at alcohol as a poison
