Day 22 is fantastic Toni!!

I found fatigue used to kick in late afternoon around 4/5pm each day, something sugary used to sort that out until my energy levels finally adjusted on there own!!

Keep pushing through!!

Lasted 6/8 weeks from memory, but a sugary cup of tea and some chocolate did the trick every day once I figured out what I needed!!

tonisherrill...be sure you "Fuel up" by eating well. This early it can be pretty much anything of carbs and protien.

Drink water, eat fresh fruit,

A B-Complex vitamin suppliment certainly would'nt hurt and B-1 as well.

Oh...and get plenty of sleep. It is the body's way of healing and rejuvinating.

It will get better.
