In my 20 years of drinking I don't think those words could've been applied to my state of living. Or rather, the condition of under living I was doing. That being said, I'll take them!!!

When I wrote the post I did not give deeper consideration to my frame of mind. Instead, I was just posting about what I felt to be true at the moment. It is important to remember that a positive mind frame greatly impacts healthy emotional living, so thank you for reminding me of that!

Again, thank you all so much for the encouragement! I am going to have to bookmark this thread to read when faced with a challenge. I do need constant and consistent reminders of the positives in life, as I tend to veer towards the negative. So much hope and strength here. Thank you.
