Day 1 again ahhhhhhhh
Hey Neo,
Like Justsay, I was chatting briefly to you a little while ago.
You can do this, I know you can. SR has helped me so much, and I know all of the support here will help you as well.
One hour, one day at a time.
I know it's hard, but you can do what you commit to doing. Please don't give up. We are all here for you and want to do all we can to support you.
Stay close and read and post as often as you can..
Please try, YOU are worth it..

I can almost promise you that things won't look so bleak when you have a couple of sober days under your belt. Plow through it, no matter how uncomfortable. It means a few days that will allow you many better ones down the road.
I spent a good bit of my time either drunk or hungover. Sometimes the time between the two was razor thin. . .sometimes I was both at the same time. None of can think straight under those circumstances. Things seem worse than they really are.
Get to the other side, and then give it all you've got. It can only get better. Has to be better than how you feel now, yes?
Sending you good energy to do this. You CAN do this!

I'll be here around here too. I'm laid up with my injuries so I always have one window open for SR. Sorry to hear about the relapse, but they happen. Sounds like you are pissed at yourself. That's a good thing in my opinion. If you weren't then we'd have a real problem.
Your doing great on day 2 Neo dont keep beating yourself up your bk on the wagon & you will learn from this, keep working at it and stay close to SR through early sobriety especially, start looking at what mtns are available in your area theres a lot of choice
For me to stop drinking for good it was accepting the fact i cant drink safely or responsibly not now not ever & then i started piecing my life bk together
