OK Here goes...

The last few years have been a mess. If it hasn't been pain pills it's been weed. Even 6 months off that thought I could have a little beer here & there- & yes that was fine for a few months, then last night the little beer turned into blind drunk & driving to buy cocaine with the mortgage money. Enough is enough, I'm an addict, & the only option is total abstinence from drink & drugs. I am lucky to still have my business & my family, so from today I won't drink or take drugs again. Instead there is a whole world of healthy pleasures, yoga, reading, walking, surfing etc etc etc etc!!! I plan on hanging around here to support people & get support back. Nice to meet you! Dave
