I got in the car, drove to the store, and shopped the aisles like regular human being going about their regular human being life !!!!!

This and the alcoholism has held me back for too long.

And they are tied together.

The alcoholism caused anxiety, which inhibited my freedom. The lack of freedom drove me back to the bottle. Which led back to anxiety. Which closed my world in further and further. Until it was a tiny fraction of what it could be.

It's time.

You'll get used to it.

And then, sometimes you'll stop in your tracks, and say to yourself, am I actually doing this? Has my life changed that much?

And then gratitude.
