Go 'Advanced' Click on 'Managed Attachments'
Then either select from computer or manually type out url. They usually have to be reduced in pixel size to VGA 640 X 360

Jojo I agree about footballers falling over and crying, but that's the men. The women are made of sterner stuff. Congratulations to Canada for getting off to a winning start.
I went to the tool hire shop today and hired a floor polisher - it was £30 which I split with a neighbour who also used it. Saved so much work and I now have shiny floors again.
