I am ever so grateful for the knowledge I have gained over the past 5 months in recovery - yesterday was one of the deepest darkest days of despair for me as I sat in my kitchen looking at the clock debating on going to the liquor board store to purchase a bottle and yet knowing I needed to call my sponsor - I kept telling myself just the little reprieve - Grateful - I ended up calling my sponsor and we talked thru it.
I cannot nor do I need to do this by myself and I am so grateful for that and this forum!!!
