Didn't mean to make you think that way. I would look at the meds as something needed at this time and hopefully in the future with your doctors blessing you can wean off of all meds.

Glad that you are coming to the site here. This is a place of much encouragement and support for the ones wishing to stay sober.

im scared to relapse when leaving the meds .but not now , i think its kinda wrong to go to bar , but i just wanna try it to give my self the confidence .i will not do it again but this time really meant alot to me . i mean like when the night is off and you go out the bar sober and confident reallly like STRONG .

I often go to the bar as well, with my partner who still drinks, just for his first hour or so usually (then I start getting bored and go off to do my own thing). But not always. If I'm feeling low or anxious I don't join him.

Glad you only drank OJ- I understand where you're coming from but please don't risk temptation- only takes one and you've come so far
