Anything to help sleep after quitting?

I think for me 90% of the battle was to accept the initial discomfort. I didn't look for a quick fix method. I just rolled with it. I honestly found that being tired felt So Much Better than being hung over. In fact it still does.
5 mg of Melatonin makes me sleep like a baby. Over the counter, naturally occurring, and inexpensive.
If you decide to go that route take it a couple of hours before you want to go to sleep or risk having a foggy head for a while in the morning.

This. I had no idea what melatonin was until I got into rehab. I didn't take it the first few nights, but after a night with zero sleep, they gave me two 3mg pills and I was out like a light.
Now I try to take only one 3mg tab, and it still works wonders. Although, when I don't have any, I psych myself into not being able to sleep a wink.
