It seems so aweful and heartbreaking while he is still there...but once he leaves...you will feel giddy and so will kids. Just be easy on yourself. Take time for kids that has been wasted on his sorry butt. And sleep and eat whatever you want...watch movies...snuggle...laugh as loud as you want...cause hes not there to get irritated over joy happening. It willget somuch better...you might actually enjoy the peace and quiet. At night its hard...just be patient and take babysteps to ket go of him. Hugs

But, every little bit helps too... Are you taking a good multi vitamin? Drinking enough water? Feeding yourself good, whole foods as much as possible? I know sleep has been tough but deep breathing, meditation & yoga can help you manage the fatigue. ((((hugs))))
