GB, I'm in the 50 something club, also born in '62 and brand new to this forum. Great minds (or desperate minds) think alike. We're here and we will work it out alone and together. We know we have to quit. We can't go on living like we've been, so why put off wellness any longer?
Let's do this, once and for all. The other path takes us nowhere but down.
