I just tell people I'm trying to live a healthy lifestyle and part of that is not drinking alcohol.

Very glad you're able to stop drinking, not all people who relapse can come back.

I had four years then relapsed for two years now I have 40 days and I feel a lot better.

Hey buddy were all glad your here and sober again. Its a miracle that you came to the realization to sober up again. 2 years of sobriety changed your whole outlook on life. And it will happen again. One day at a time.
Forget explaining yourself to people why you don't drink. Its nobody's business. You can tell you're potential dates you don't like the way it makes you feel. Its that easy!
