No Stupor Bowl
Grateful for just below freezing temps that make the morning Dog Walk a proverbial cake walk on solid Soil. Nice Weather for the entire week coming up.
Grateful for meditative Tunes played on our local Mountain Hippie Public Radio Station. A nice way to ease into Sunday over Coffee. We call it 'The Swami Hour'. The Playlist ranges from Indian Scale Music to Madrigal Choirs; the Singing I used to record on ancient Reel-to-Reel Tape Recorders as a Public Service to Choirs. Once a Geek...

Grateful for this beautiful Sunday, first day of February!
Grateful that I am taking a mother/daughter trip and avoiding the whole superbowl scene!

For my warm apartment!
For my cat.
For my friends that check up on me.
To have been paid on Friday.
For the two new tires on the car.
For my Al-non groups and books.
For being able to sing in the car and feel like myself again.
For my ability SEE -- especially the heavy piles of snow on the branches of the pine trees outside.
For this thread with so much focusing on the good.
For the news that my sister is going to have a BABY!
