Don't do it. I succumbed to the temptation and now feel so disappointed with myself I just wish I had reached out to this group to get me through it. Feed up with this thing controlling my life. My god, I'm a successful, professional female who is totally defeated by my addiction. How is that even possible, but it is! I now have to start again....

So learn from my mistakes and just don't give in, you'll feel so much better for it.

glad to see you back sb--a regular yoga practice was very helpful for me in managing the anxiety and the cravings.

I do hope you get through the residue hangover stuff quickly
